Chest and Abdominal X-Ray Module Lead
Matt works as a reporting radiographer at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, reporting MSK, chest and abdominal radiographs. He gained his BSc from the University of Exeter in 2014 and later obtained his full MSc in Radiography from Cardiff University in 2024 after qualifying in MSK reporting in 2019 and CXR/AXR reporting in 2021.
As a part of his UHBW job he frequently teaches other reporting radiographers and radiology resident doctors in X-ray image interpretation. He is also passionate about service development and has worked to utilise the reporting radiographer team to reduce wait times, improve image quality and enhance the patient experience. He is currently working towards obtaining advanced practice accreditation.
