The South West Imaging Training Academy (SWITA) is proud to be one of seven imaging academies across England, dedicated to shaping the future of diagnostic imaging. Based in the South West, we provide high-quality training for radiologists, radiographers, sonographers and multi-disciplinary imaging professionals. Our proven training model supports the development of the next generation of experts in radiology and diagnostic imaging.
Collaborate and work with us
SWITA works with NHS Trusts, schools of radiology, higher education institutions, imaging networks and industry partners to design and deliver education and training for the imaging workforce.
Building on the success of the Radiology Academy in Plymouth, we are collaborating with Trusts around the region to develop dedicated learning environments for teaching and training.
